Each softgel contain: Fish Oil (Anchovy) 1000 mg. Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids 750 mg, Docosahexanoic Acid (DHA) 250 mg, Eicosapentanoic Acid (EPA) 500 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), Enteric Coating (sodium alginate, shellac) and Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol).

 

Directions

 

Adult Dosage: Take 2 softgels 1-2 times daily with meals. Children 6 years and older: Take 1 softgel 1-2 times daily with meals.
