Fish oil is a rich source of the two omega-3 fatty acids referred to as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It is found in the body of cold water, oily fish. Sea-licious is made primarily from sardine, mackerel and anchovy.
